MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 slices bread, crumbled into crumbs
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Glaze:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

For great flavored roast use the following seasonings to coat before cooking. Cover entire roast with Lawry's seasoning salt, garlic salt and minced onion. Use more sparingly crushed red pepper, cinnamon and oregano. Then coat top and bottom of roast with brown sugar. Pour 1/3 cup orange juice in pan. Fill roaster with water until roast is 2/3 covered. Add carrots, onion and potatoes to roaster.

Bake at 350°F to 375°F for about 3 hours or until meat comes apart easily.
