MEXICAN HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 med. onion, chopped 1 sm. can chopped green chili 1 sm. can chopped black olives 1 lg. can evaporated milk 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. or more chopped jalapenos 1 pkg. (12) soft corn tortillas 1 c. or more shredded cheddar cheese Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add next 5 ingredients to hamburger. Mix well. Quarter tortillas. Grease a 13"x9" or larger baking pan. Line bottom of pan with tortillas. Layer hamburger mixture and tortillas. Repeat until ingredients are gone. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
