BLACKBERRY BARS 
3/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. softened butter
Blackberry jam

Mix flour and oats together. Stir in the sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly; pat 2/3 mix in a 8 inch square pan. Spread with a thin layer of jam. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool before cutting.
