BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli (or fresh)
salted water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
bacon bits

Cook broccoli until tender in salted water. Place all ingredients in casserole dish. Sprinkle bacon bits on top. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour or until firm.

Note: May substitute Cheez Whiz with 1/2 stick butter (melted) plus 1/2 lb. Velveeta.
