STAN LEISLE'S STUFFED STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
1 handful finely chopped ham
1 egg
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of A-1 sauce
Chopped: mushrooms, olives, Ortega chile, celery, bell pepper and onion
Jack cheese

In medium bowl, mix hamburger, soup mix, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce and A-1 sauce. Take 1/2 of the meat mixture and flatten out to 1/2 inch thick (approximately). On 1/2 of the pattie, sprinkle on ham and rest of the chopped ingredients. Grate good amount of cheese on top. Fold over the other half of the pattie and pinch sides closed. Repeat for the other half of the meat mixture. Bake in 400 degree oven in a baking dish big enough for both patties. Bake for approximately 45 minutes. About halfway through, pour a little BBQ sauce over top. For stuffed steak to be done thoroughly, the top should be slightly over done.
