STUFFED ROUND STEAK 
1 round steak (have it put through tenderizer at the market)

Place on sheet of heavy duty foil, season with salt and pepper. Mix 1 package of prepared poultry dressing as per instructions on package (Mrs. Cubbisons). Spread on steak. Top with fresh sliced mushrooms. Top with stuffed sliced green onions. Roll and tie. Brown in skillet. Return to foil. Pour 1 cup red wine over rolled meat. Tightly seal foil and place in shallow pan. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Gravy may be made from the drippings.
