WHITE MULE PIE 
3 c. milk, divided
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 inch) baked pie shell

Bring to a boil 2 1/2 cup milk. Mix flour, salt and sugar together. Stir in the remaining 1/2 cup of milk to make a paste. Pour the paste into boiling milk, stirring until mixture thickens, then cook for 1 minute. Cool, then put into baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream when ready to serve.
