3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. cold water
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all together. Pour in pan and bake at 350°F until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
