CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 chicken breasts, boiled & diced
1 sm. box minute rice, cooked to fluffiness
2 cans mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can French green beans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Be sure to drain juices from beans and chestnuts before adding to other ingredients. The last 10 minutes add canned onion rings to top of casserole (if desired).
