CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. left over chicken, cut up
1 can cream soup or cream sauce
1 c. peas
1 c. carrots
1 1/2 c. stuffing mix
1/2 stick butter

Combine chicken, soup, peas and carrots; pour into shallow baking dish. Combine stuffing mix and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole to make a crumb top. Heat in moderate oven before serving.
