BEEF STEW 
1. Stew meat (whatever quantity), cut into sm. pieces
2. Equal amounts of: beef broth, tomato sauce, red wine (depending on quantity of beef)
3. Onions, carrots, potatoes
4. Pepper and parsley, to taste
5. Olive oil
6. Potatoes and carrots

Sear stew meat in olive oil until brown. Set oven to 350 degrees. Arrange seared meat in baking dish and cover completely with mixture comprised of beef broth, tomato sauce and red wine. Add onions, pepper and parsley at this time. Cover with foil and bake 3-4 hours or longer, if time permits. The last half hour, boil potatoes and steam carrots on stove top and add to the stew mixture at serving time.
