CHICKETTI 
3 skinned, boned chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
Fine, dry bread crumbs
butter
4 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
6 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. Mueller's thin spaghetti

Cut chicken breasts in half; dip in egg, roll in crumbs. In skillet, brown chicken in butter on both sides. Cover. Cook over low heat until tender, 30-40 minutes.

Spoon a teaspoon of sauce on each chicken piece; top with cheese. Cover; heat until cheese melts. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed; drain. Heat remaining sauce. Ladle sauce over spaghetti; serve with chicken. Yields: 6 servings.
