CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS | |
18 chicken wings 2 lemons (use juice from lemons) 1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. chopped scallions Cut the chicken wins apart at the joints and place in a large bowl. Mix lemon juice, mustard and soy sauce. Pour over chicken wings and marinate 2 to 4 hours. Arrange wings on a foil-lined broiling pan and broil until nicely browned about 10 minutes on each side while cooking. Sprinkle with scallions before serving at room temperature. |
