APPLE PIZZA 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
2/3 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. cold water

Cut shortening into flour. Mix with fingertips until texture is crumbly. Add water, 1 teaspoon at a time, and mix with fork until well combined. Pat onto pizza pan with floured fingers.

APPLES:

6-8 apples
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar

Peel and core apples. Slice onto crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix until crumbly. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
