CALIFORNIA DIP 
2 avocados
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1 chopped tomato
Taco sauce to taste
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Ripe olives, sliced
Tortilla chips/Vegetables

Mix refried beans, green chiles and taco seasoning. Spread mixture on serving dish. Blend avocado, lemon juice and taco sauce until smooth. Spread over refried bean mixture. Top with layer of sour cream and sprinkle lettuce, tomato, olives and cheese over all. Serve with tortilla chips/vegetables.
