2 lbs. stew meat
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Place all ingredients in heavy Dutch oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Don't stir and don't peek. Add extra water if more gravy is desired. Serve over rice or potatoes.
