CHERRY PUDDING 
4 to 6 slices bread
2 eggs
4 tbsp. butter
Fresh cherries, pitted
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar

Melt butter and mix with pitted fresh cherries and sugar. Pour on bottom of casserole dish. Place bread on top of cherry mixture. Mix eggs and milk and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve upside down so that cherries are on top.
