BLENDER PANCAKES | |
3 c. raw potatoes 2 eggs 1/4 c. flour 1 small onion, quartered 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder Wash, peel and cut up potatoes. Pat dry with paper towels. Put all ingredients into blender. Cover. Press chop button for 10 seconds, stop. Use spatula to push potatoes down if necessary. Spoon batter onto hot greased griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on one side, then turn once to brown other side. |
