EXQUISITE SHRIMP BISQUE 
2 cans Campbells tomato bisque soup (available at Lucky's)
12 oz. water
8 oz. milk
2 oz. dry sherry
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white pepper
1/2 - 3/4 lb. sm. shrimp

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in medium sauce pan. Cook on medium heat until near low boil. Add shrimp and reduce temperature to low. Serve with warm French bread. Serves 4.
