DANISH PANCAKES 
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream

Blend ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour a little batter on to a hot grill which is lightly greased. Spread batter so that it measures about 9 inches in diameter. Cook on one side and then turn and cook on other side. When done, spread with butter and sprinkle sugar on them and roll them up and enjoy.
