PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple or pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz cracker crumbs

Drain pineapple and save juice.

Mix sugar, flour, cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour about 1/2 of mixture into a casserole dish 13x9x2 inch. Add pineapple chunks, layer on top of mixture. Cover pineapple chunks with the remaining cracker crumb mixture.

Melt stick of butter. Pour melted butter, alternating with pineapple juice, over the casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until brown on top and bubbly.
