PEACH CREAM CHEESE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 c. water 1 lg. (6 oz.) or 2 sm. (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding 1/3 c. cooking oil 1 lg. can sliced peaches (drain and reserve juice) 12 oz. Philly cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar In large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, water, pudding mix and cooking oil, beating time recommended on cake mix box. Pour mixture into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread peach slices evenly over surface of mixture. Soften cream cheese and mix with sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice until smooth. Spoon over top of peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Yum! Yum! Yum! |
