RAINBOW CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 sticks butter
1 stick butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. cake flour

Cream cake ingredients together. Then divide batter into 4 separate bowls. To each bowl add enough color for batter to be bright and vivid - (4 different colors). Layer into bundt pan - try not to layer same color on same color.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese and butter to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients. Blend together to smooth texture.
