CHICKEN CRESCENTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter, melted
4 tbsp. chives
3 or 4 chicken breasts or thighs
2 cans crescent rolls
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook and chop chicken.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cream cheese, chicken and chives with 4 tablespoons melted butter. Separate rolls. Put a heaping spoonful of mixture on the roll. Roll into a crescent shape. Dip crescents into remaining butter and roll in cracker crumbs.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
