BURRITOS 
1 to 1 1/4 lb. ground meat
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and well drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can black beans
1 pkg. flour tortillas
chopped white onion (optional)

Brown meat. Season with desired seasoning. Stir in spinach and salsa. Warm the tortillas. Spoon 1/4 cup meat (depending on size of tortilla) in center of tortilla. Cover with cheese.

Other Burritos: Warm flour tortillas. Mix together diced cooked chicken, Ortega chili (chopped), 1 can cream of chicken soup, sour cream and shredded Jack cheese. Fill tortilla with about 1/2 cup of mixture. Cover with cheese and put into a glass dish. Heat at 350°F for as long as necessary.
