BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
3 (No. 3) cans pork and beans
1/4 cup mustard
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
5 to 6 slices bacon

Brown beef in a large skillet. Drain grease and add seasonings. Sauté until wilted. Add mustard, ketchup and barbecue sauce; mix well. Add beans and pour into casserole dish. Lay bacon slices on top and bake at 325°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
