BLUE RIBBON PECAN PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat together to form stiff peaks.

Add:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. crushed graham crackers

Put into greased 9 inch pie pan. Batter will be rather stiff. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
