PECAN ROLLS 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen dinner roll balls
1 (3 oz.) non-instant butterscotch pudding
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg, if desired
1/2-3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
Pam vegetable oil spray

Spray sides and bottom of Bundt or angel food cake pan with Pam. Dump frozen rolls into pan, spreading evenly. Mix together pudding mix, brown sugar, spices and nuts; sprinkle over roll dough. Cut butter into pats and arrange over top of mixture in pan. Cover and let raise overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. 8-12 servings.
