BRUNCH EGGS 
12 pieces bread, cut in donut shapes
Old English sharp Cheddar cheese pieces
10 oz. broccoli, chopped and cooked
2 c. ham, diced
3 c. milk
6 eggs
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Place scraps of bread (leftovers from donut shapes) in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Then layer cheese, broccoli and ham. Mix together the last 5 ingredients and soak each piece of bread in mixture before laying them on top. Pour remaining mixture over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
