SCRAMBLED EGG BRUNCH 
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
6 slices dry bread, crumbled
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Fry sausage; drain well. Combine remaining ingredients and add sausage. Pour into well-oiled 9 x 13 casserole. Let stand overnight.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Some variations are bacon instead of sausage and mushrooms, onions and green peppers.
