BRUNCH EGGS 
1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. dry mustard
12 eggs
4 pieces bread, crusts removed, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
4 c. milk
2-3 c. shredded cheese

Brown sausage with dry mustard; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Mix together and let stand overnight. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until middle puffs up.
