GREEN PEPPER STEAK AND RICE 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut in strips
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chopped green onions
2 green peppers, cut in strips
2 lg. fresh tomatoes, diced
1 c. beef broth
1/4 c. water
4 c. cooked rice

Sprinkle steak with paprika and allow to stand awhile preparing other ingredients. Brown steak strips and garlic in butter in large skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and green peppers, cover and continue cooking until vegetables are wilted, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and broth, cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Blend water with cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir into steaks and cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
