1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
4 cup + 4 tbsp. flour

Mix well and chill. Form small balls. Flatten with bottom of glass that has been dipped in white sugar.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes.
