1 ready made graham cracker crust 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip your choice fruit topping (optional) Blend cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Again, blend until smooth. Pour mixture into ready made crust. Chill at least 2 hours. | |

Made this several times... added 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and one cup of peanut butter. Makes the creamiest peanut butter cheesecake ever. The peanut butter cuts the sweetness a bit and makes it perfect.
