 Melissa (Maryland) says:
Great recipe you can use flavored cream cheese like strawberry and I used limited edition pumpkin spice. Also add crumbled Oreo cookies for a little different tastes! Very easy and very good!

 Christie (Iowa) says:
The only thing I do different is use powdered sugar instead of regular sugar. It takes away the yogurt taste.

 Pie Lady (Florida) replies:
Hi... What was the measure of powdered sugar? Not interested in yogurt taste.

I love this recipe! I dislike most cheesecake because they are far too rich, this one is just right. A tip: Instead of graham cracker crust, use your favorite brownie recipe.

 Cheryl (Massachusetts) says:
I tried this recipe once and then made a few variations, I eliminated the sugar, added a package of lemon pudding and a cup of low fat condensed milk. It was great both ways. I even topped it with cherries once.

I make this, but, use crushed chocolate covered graham crackers with butter for the crust. Reserve some to sprinkle on the top of the desert. I also use powder sugar instead of reg. sugar, not as gritty tasting then. It is excellent with Blueberry fruit topping.

I add drained crushed pineapple to mine, and little yellow food coloring. It makes a really good summer cheesecake. Also you can use fatfree cream cheese, fatfree coolwhip, and spenda to cut the calories. Also top it with some sugarfree blueberry pie filling. And you can use the lite gramcracker crust.

My mom makes this all the time, we found that if you use different coolwhip, like strawberry and chocolate coolwhip, it changes the flavor so you don't have to add toppings.

I made this cheesecake x 2 today for Thanksgiving tomorrow and me and parents ate a piece of one. It was freakin' AWESOME! I put 2 pkgs of cream cheese instead of 1 and a little less sugar... WOW! Thanks for this recipe for now and the future.

I used lite for cream cheese and cool whip and 1/2 the sugar and let stand chilling 4 hours uncovered. It was almost as good as my reg cheesecake but much more creamy, yum.

I have a recipe from the Keebler crust that I have used for years. My family requests this every year for the holidays. I cut sugar down to 1/3 cup. Before folding in Cool Whip, add 1 cup sour cream and 2 tsp. vanilla.
