HOMEMADE ICE CREAM BATTER 
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 gal. whole milk

Beat with an electric mixer. Add 1 can crushed pineapple for pineapple ice cream; 1 can Hershey chocolate syrup for chocolate ice cream; or chopped fresh peaches for peach ice cream. Freeze in electric freezer using plenty of ice cream salt.
