HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
1 (4 serving size) pkg. of instant pudding
1/2 c. of sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 pt. of half & half
Milk (add enough to fill can)

Mix instant pudding and sugar. Add half & half a little at a time. Stir between additions. Add milk and vanilla.

You may use vanilla, chocolate, lemon or banana pudding. You may use one (1) pint of pureed strawberries for strawberry ice cream or six (6) pureed peaches for peach ice cream.

Makes 4 quarts.
