HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
2 pts. strawberries
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk (opt.)
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk, enough to bring mixture to the line in the container

Crush strawberries. Mix well with sugar. Add beaten eggs; then, all other ingredients. Mix well and pour into container. Add enough milk to come to the line in the container. Stir well, then freeze. Makes 4 quarts.

To make other flavors, use the following instead of strawberries:

Chocolate: 1 (12 oz.) can chocolate syrup

Banana: 5 mashed bananas

Peach: 8 mashed peaches
