CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. oil
1 bar baking chocolate (grated in food processor)
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Mix all dry ingredients. Beat egg, mix in the above mixture. Blend milk and oil together and add to dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate.

Grease and flour large tube or bundt cake pan. Pour in mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
