POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 white cake mix (with pudding)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (3 3/4 oz. size)
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients except for poppy seeds for 2 minutes. Blend in poppy seeds. Bake in 2 (8 inch) layer cake pans for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.

Prepare instant vanilla pudding for filling according to instructions on box. Place between 2 layers. 7 Minute Frosting is used to finish the cake. Betty Crocker's boxed fluffy white frosting is very good. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
