BEEF AND RICE 
1 b. stew beef, round steak or chuck (cubed)
1 med. onion, diced
Butter
Garlic salt
Seasoning salt, pepper, marjoram leaves, 1 dash
1 can beef bouillon
1 tbsp. red cooking wine

Saute onion and beef in butter. Add seasonings to taste; garlic salt, seasoning salt, pepper and marjoram leaves. Add 1 can beef bouillon and red cooking wine. Simmer (covered) for 1 hour. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve over favorite rice or noodles. You can add mushrooms, green peppers and tomatoes for variety.
