BAKED ALMOND CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast, cut in half
1 c. flour
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
6 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1 1/2 c. light cream
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. bread crumb

Coat chicken with first six ingredients. Pour melted butter over mixture in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle almonds on top. Pour light cream over all and bake 45 minutes covered at 350 degrees.

Uncover and spoon 1 1/2 cup pan juices and mix with sour cream. Blend together. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until brown.
