ONE STEP CHILI (MICROWAVE) 
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, with liquid
1 (28 oz.) can cut up tomatoes with juice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients in micro safe 2 quart casserole dish. Cover. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir to break up meat. Cover. Cook on high 20 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Serve on top of rice, cover with shredded cheese. 5 1/2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
