MICROWAVE CHILI CON CARNE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 2 to 3 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 16 oz. can tomato sauce 1 lb. can kidney beans Crumble beef in a 2 quart casserole dish. Add onion and garlic. Cook, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, or until meat looses red color. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, for about 15 minutes on high or until piping hot. Stir occasionally. |
