AUNT EMMA'S CHOCOLATE ICING 
1 box 10X sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
4 tbsp. Crisco (heaping)
2 sticks butter, softened
3 tbsp. milk, more if necessary

Melt chocolate; cool. In large bowl beat together all the ingredients. Add chocolate and continue beating until smooth. Cool in refrigerator approximately 15 minutes. Remove and beat again. Spread on cooled cake. This is unbelievably rich!
