BROILED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of seasoned pepper
2 1/2 lbs. chicken parts, skinned

Combine water, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, and pepper. Pour over chicken in a shallow bowl. Marinate for 5 hours or overnight. Broil, basting with marinade until chicken is tender and brown, about 10-15 minutes on each side.
