EASY HOMEMADE FLOUR TORTILLAS
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup warm water

Combine all the flour, salt, vegetable oil, and water until it forms a dough.

Roll the dough into a big ball and take about an 1 to 2 inch pieces off. Pat the dough flat with your hands or take a rolling pin and roll into circles.

Put the dough on a flat pan on the stove and let the sides cook until there are little brown specks on both sides like you would see on other tortillas.

Easy and delicious! Made these because I had none for our tacos tonight. My son said they tasted like they came from a restaurant. I may never buy tortillas again!

I experimented with these one night for myself thinking my picky children would never try them. To my surprise and delight my children were eating them (plain) faster than I could prepare them and I barely got to eat half of one. These were a big hit and so easy to prepare. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Really love these, made it like fifty times. Recommendation though: one should cut the dough into two, roll it out thin then broil them in the oven on greased cookie sheet then wait for them to puff.. when puffed flip them over and put them back in then wait for puff, do the same to the other one and cut them with a pizza cutter.
