CHICKEN CLUB PIE | |
1 lb. sliced chicken roll Lettuce leaves 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced 1 green pepper, thinly sliced 1/2 lb. potato salad 2 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled Line a 9 inch pie plate with 1/2 the chicken roll. Layer lettuce and remaining chicken roll on top. Alternate tomato and green pepper slices in a circle fill with potato salad. Garnish with bacon. |
