TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese 1 c. plain lowfat yogurt 1 tbsp., minced onion flakes 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste 10 oz. canned tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked 2 c. cooked noodles 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained 3 oz. grated Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, onion flakes, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a large bowl. Stir in tuna, noodles and mushrooms. Pour into an 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Each serving 356 calories. 4 servings. |
