TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 chopped onion
3/4 c. sliced celery
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. Wesson oil
2 cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. cooked peas
2 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. uncooked med. noodles
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (13 oz.) can tuna, drained

In heavy skillet with cover, saute onion, celery and garlic until soft. Stir in tomato sauce, water, seasonings and noodles. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove and stir in mayonnaise, tuna and peas. Heat a few more minutes. Serves 6.
